Amy N. Stevens

Raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Amy moved to Charlottesville to attend the University of Virginia in 1985 and never left. Graduating with a degree in history, she worked in a variety of positions before settling on a real estate career in 1996.

Amy worked with McLean Faulconer and Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates before she and Ross opened their own boutique agency with Ross’ purchase of Stevens & Company. During her years as a real estate agent, Amy has worked with new construction, land/lot sales and existing home sales. Her main area of focus is Western Albemarle where she lives and where her children have attended the public schools.

Amy enjoys hiking with her dogs, strolling the Downtown Mall, listening to live music with her daughter, watching movies, traveling and reading a good book.
