Crozet, VA

Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains 12 miles west of Charlottesville and named for Claudius Crozet, a French-born engineer who directed the construction of the Blue Ridge Tunnel , Crozet is known for it’s small-town feel and beautiful scenery.  Originally a farming town built around the railroad, Crozet is now more culturally diverse.  Home to a variety of vineyards and breweries, Crozet has become a tourist destination that is also popular with outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds.
