Charles Jefferson has been an area resident for twenty years and affiliated with Stevens & Company for seven years as a Certified Real Estate Consultant. He entered the business by building on a successful career as the founder and owner of Glen Mary Nurseries Inc., a horticultural products and service company. He is still the owner of the company's tree farm division but devotes his day-to-day activities to real estate.

Charles' extensive experience in finance, contracts, marketing, and negotiating, in conjunction with an intimate knowledge of the Charlottesville area real estate market, uniquely qualifiy him to assist both buyers and sellers.

In his free time, Charles enjoys horticulture, golf, skiing, fishing, and photography with his two sons Chas and Marshall. Finally, he is an active member of the vestry of the Episcopal Church, a trustee of The Graham Foundation, and is involved in many local charitable causes including The Monticello Community Action Agency and the Wildlife Center of Virginia.
